Enterprise Sales Director

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead go-to-market strategy, business development initiatives, and revenue growth for a rapidly growing data intelligence and compliance technology organization. This individual will play a critical role in driving new customer acquisition, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market adoption of solutions focused on consent management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and data enrichment.

The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader who thrives in high-growth environments, enjoys building commercial programs from the ground up, and has a proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and enterprise sales efforts, including market positioning, account targeting, pipeline development, and customer discovery.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across key industry segments.
  • Build and refine commercial strategies for compliance, identity intelligence, and fraud prevention solutions serving enterprise organizations.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
  • Develop impactful messaging, sales collateral, and value propositions aligned with customer challenges around consent management, lead validation, fraud mitigation, and data quality.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers across lenders, marketing organizations, affiliate networks, technology platforms, and other strategic partners.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, product management, customer success, and technical teams to align market feedback with product development and business priorities.
  • Support partnership initiatives that expand distribution channels and accelerate customer adoption.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and provide regular updates on business development activities and market opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, go-to-market leadership, or related commercial roles.
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and closing complex B2B sales opportunities.
  • Experience selling software, data, compliance, marketing technology, fraud prevention, identity solutions, or related products.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, consent management, fraud prevention, and data intelligence solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships within lending, financial services, lead generation, affiliate marketing, marketing technology, or compliance-focused industries.
  • Experience introducing new products or building sales motions in emerging markets.
  • Familiarity with identity verification, compliance technology, fraud detection, data enrichment, or customer acquisition ecosystems.
